IESP Group Solicits New Participants 
The Incentive & Engagement Solution Providers (IESP), a strategic industry group of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), is open to more participants on its planning committee. The group reports that it is “a trusted resource for business leaders globally in helping their organizations achieve results through engagement and incentive solutions. IESP is the premier source for information and education on and delivery of incentive and recognition programs. IMA Europe Sets Barcelona for March 20 Event 
Registration is now open for the one-day event on March 20 at the Torres Glóries Barcelona, IMA Europe’s first event of the year. Registration begins at 9:45 am with a tea and coffee networking event. Education begins at 10.30 am and concludes at 6 pm, followed by a reception. Each IMA Europe corporate member company can book two complimentary tickets. International and consultant-member companies can book one complimentary ticket. Todd Tomlin Elected ITC Board President 
The Incentive Travel Council (ITC) has named Todd Tomlin, IP, its 2025 board president. Tomlin is Co-Founder and CEO of Memorii, a specialist in luxury yacht charters for the meetings and incentive travel market. According to the announcement, “Tomlin brings his expertise in international luxury travel and experience as an IMA Board Member and Incentive Gift Card Coalition (IGCC) executive board member to the position. In his current role as CEO at Memorii, he focuses on curating bespoke corporate retreats, incentive travel for top performers, and executive sales programs tailored to elevate a company’s leadership and culture in some of the most luxurious settings in the world.”
Amanda Et-Tibary, Inspire Europe Ltd, will serve as Executive Vice President; Mona El-Gazzar, Merit Incentives, as Treasurer; and James Houchin, Switchfly, as Secretary.
Jorgen Brich, Travel + Leisure Co.; Peter Cannon, Ticket Jones; and Lori Cassidy, Gift A Trip, serve as directors.
Throughout his extensive 27-year career, “Tomlin has been passionate about elevating the experiences people have within the travel industry. He has served as the Global ENG Chair for Hyatt Hotels Corp., leading the global organization of an employee network group at Hyatt. Tomlin was Head of Gift Cards for Expedia Group, expanding the Hotels.com gift card program into additional countries and currencies. In 2021, Tomlin co-founded Ncentiva, specializing in supplying businesses with thousands of gift card brands in dozens of currencies in incentives, loyalty, rewards, promotions and engagement programs.”
In the statement, Tomlin says, "I am excited to revive the Incentive Travel Council of the IMA alongside my fellow board members and council member companies. Travel plays a huge part in incentives, rewards and engagement programs, for both individuals and groups, and it is time we elevate and educate members and the corporate community on just how important travel can be to meet their program goals.”
